Treasure Coast Boot Camp

Need to get into shape, put more spice into your workout and have some fun as well? Do you want to get muscle tone, reduce body fat and gain stamina all without the expense of one-on-one personal training in an enjoyable but challenging group atmosphere? Our fitness boot camp is your answer!

Founded by ACE certified (American Council on Exercise) personal trainer, group exercise instructor and NPC figure competitor Anne Panarelli, and her husband, former professional soccer player, Miguel Panarelli, Treasure Coast Boot Camp is sure to measurably improve your attitude toward working out and as a result will improve your health and enjoyment of life.

The classes are formatted in 3 weekly sessions of 60 minutes each. Each class combines cardio, strength and functional training drills. No two classes are ever alike. Some exercises include: squats, lunges, short jogs, pushups, sit ups, medicine ball drills and much more.

Our boot camp will provide:

  • Determination: When exercising in a group peer dynamics tends to provide extra motivation to achieve both individual and group goals. Feedback from each other as well as the trainer reinforces goal setting and attainment.
  • Results: Our workouts are challenging enough for seasoned physical fitness buffs, and are also easily modified for those who are just starting out. People of all workout levels are encouraged to go at a pace challenging enough to achieve results yet structured to avoid injury. Regardless of your current fitness level you are sure to see results.
  • Invigorating Start to Your Day: Our early morning sessions are designed to start your day with the right state of mind invigorating you to deal with the most rigorous of daily schedules and obligations in a more relaxed and focused manner.
  • Variety: A wide selection of fresh and stimulating exercise workouts especially designed to prevent boredom or burnout and challenging those who are tired of doing the same thing every day is Treasure Coast Boot Camp’s specialty. Sessions include cardiovascular training, strength training, agility drills, and more. In fact, you could go through an entire 4-week session without repeating the same work out!
  • Excel at Your Health: Whether you want to take your training to a new level or just improve your overall well-being Treasure Coast Boot Camp will provide extra motivation to set and achieve your goals.

DRIVE: The first letters of the above spell DRIVE and Treasure Coast Boot Camp will provide it in spades by jump-starting your exercise regimen in a non-judgmental and fun group setting. Boot Camp can be an intimidating term, but our instructors do not use forms of intimidation with our students. We will motivate and challenge you, but never in a demeaning or disrespectful way.
